No hidden fees. No surprise increases. Indoor units at $0.65/sq ft. Outdoor lots at $2/sq ft (minimum $30/mo).

The gate is accessible 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily. Hours are subject to change without notice.
Units 1–152 at 5832 Gov't Way: enter directly behind the office.
Units 239–399 at 5712 Gov't Way: 2nd driveway south, behind Affordable Transmission.
Each tenant receives a personal gate code. Keep it safe and private. Lost your code? Visit the office with a valid photo ID.
Rent is due the 1st of each month. No billing statements are sent. One day late = gate access denied. Payments in-office only.
All tenants must carry their own insurance on stored belongings. Dalton Storage does not insure contents for any reason.
No habitation. No flammables (gasoline, paint, etc.) unless in a properly vented vehicle tank. Light switch only — no electrical power. No sharing access codes.
